Ethical and sustainable products

At Insight Pet Solutions we take pride in sourcing sustainable solutions for your pet needs. We believe that providing ethical and sustainable products is important to limit the environmental and social impact of our business and our customers.

Our supply chains will comply with the recognized international social and environmental standards (according to the United Nations Global Compact) and our suppliers will be aware of and support our sustainability objectives

Our goal is to source our products from brands which do not engage in unfair work practice, modern slavery or unethical trade. We also aim to source products which are made from environmentally conscious and sustainable or recycled materials, so that less waste is produced by your purchase.

We will continue to ensure we do all we can to ensure we are a company that has zero environmental impact. We want to leave the planet better than we found it for ourselves, and the future generations of humans, and pets alike.

Giving back to community

The team at Insight Pet Solutions want to give back to community, and give our customers the opportunity to give back too!

We commit 10% of our profits to local charitable organisations, including SEQ K9 Rescue Inc., whose aim is to save dogs in unsuitable residences and pounds through providing rehabilitative care and rehoming services.

Also, Little Paws whose mission is to help as many cats and kittens as possible to find loving, secure homes and aim to teach the public about the responsible ownership of cats and kittens through educational events promoting desexing, microchipping and vet checks for their feline friends.

We offer our customers the opportunity to round up the total cost of their purchase and donate the additional funds to SEQ K9 Rescue Inc and Little Paws.
